Ellenya ('Shining light'), was born from a desire to bring energy, strength, vitality and clarity to the leadership challenges of today, so that we might build a brighter future together. 

 

The name itself, was derived from a combination of the names of the children of the founder, Ellora, symbolising love, determination & tenacity and Serenya, symbolising service, serenity & peace, as well as our Founder, Lucky's desire to bring energy and light to leaders and their teams, to support growth and transformation.

Lucky Johal-Goulsbra CPscyhol

Lucky is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist (BPS, HCPC) and Executive Coach (ICF). She brings over 25 years experience, working globally, across sectors, building her expertise with a range of leading global consultancies including, Kaisen, DDI and YSC. Lucky has worked extensively in the team, executive assessment and coaching space in a range of industries. She has acute experience guiding and supporting CEO, Boards and business leadership teams going through significant change and disruption.

As a coach, Lucky invests in understanding the person as well as the broader context her clients are operating within. She helps clients stay connected with their overall business and personal goals, whilst supporting them to unlock ideas and energy when needed. She is quick to understand how to help clients navigate their internal journey in a way that is safe, empowering, and helps them develop skills to support themselves going forward.  She is deeply caring, holding the client’s agenda clearly in every session. She is willing to challenge, provoke, partner and support.

She is experienced in working with clients that need to tackle deeper rooted psychological issues as well helping those who need help with current challenges relating to their role, strategy, team leadership or with managing key relationships.

Lucky’s core areas of expertise beyond coaching are leadership assessment, team-development and succession planning. She is also an experienced and powerful facilitator. 

She is a mum of two lively girls, yoga enthusiast, loves the outdoors and live music.
